One bike comes with one guide and carries up to two guests: one in the sidecar and one on the pillion seat. Three or four guests need two bikes with one guide and one driver. Two guests can also choose two bikes, giving each guest their own sidecar seat, with one guide and one driver accompanying the booking. Each bike is charged at the selected ride’s per-bike price. We confirm passenger suitability before booking.

All times are Bali time, subject to availability confirmation. Finish times are approximate. Please arrive 15 minutes before your confirmed start time for helmet fitting and the safety briefing. If you book hotel pickup, we confirm your collection time separately.

Wear comfortable clothes that respect local customs, including a shirt with sleeves for temple visits. Sarongs are provided. Comfortable closed-toe shoes are recommended for riding and exploring on foot. Bring sunscreen and a charged phone or camera; we provide drinking water and rain ponchos.

The experience combines riding with stops to explore on foot and take photos. Please tell us about any mobility needs before booking so we can discuss the route and passenger arrangements with you.

Children under five can ride in the sidecar with a parent. Please include children in your guest count and tell us their ages when enquiring so we can confirm the seating arrangement. Helmets are available in small, medium and large; a suitable fit is required for every guest. The combined weight of the guests must not exceed 200 kg per bike. Please tell us about any concerns before booking so we can confirm a suitable arrangement.

Our team assigns motorcycles according to availability, passenger configuration, comfort and safe carrying capacity.

Not at all. You are the guest. Our trained driver takes care of the riding while you enjoy the experience.

We provide helmets, clear riding goggles, masks, drinking water, rain ponchos and sarongs for temple visits, along with a safety briefing before departure.

Yes. Island Sidecar experiences are private to your booking. We do not combine you with unrelated guests.

Rain ponchos are provided for light rain. We monitor conditions and may adjust the route or departure time for safety. If we cancel your ride before departure because of unsafe weather, you can choose to reschedule, subject to availability, or receive a full refund. We will contact you as early as possible.

Our meeting point is Dharma Surf Shop in the Thomas Beach area of Uluwatu. Hotel pickup is available for Rp200,000 per booking within our service zone: Bingin, Suluban, Savaya and the area extending to Pura Desa Pecatu, opposite Bukit Sari. Send your hotel location so we can confirm it is within the zone. Complimentary dropoff is available at Bingin, Suluban, Savaya or Pura Desa Pecatu. A 30% deposit secures your confirmed booking. Cancellations at least 24 hours before departure receive a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable. We accept Wise and direct bank deposit. The remaining 70% is due before departure. We confirm your total price and payment instructions before you pay the deposit.
